In the heart of Antwerp, the city's most modern hospital emerged in 2023: ZNA Cadix. With its 22 floors, this hospital symbolises progress, sustainability and future-oriented medical care. Located at the head of Park Spoor Noord, next to the Cadix neighbourhood of the same name, it forms a harmonious link between nature, water and urban dynamics.
With light green and light blue as dominant colours, inspired by the surrounding park and water, ZNA Cadix exudes an atmosphere of tranquillity and connectedness. These colours have been carefully extended to the interior, where green adorns the patient-related areas and blue characterises the reception desks.
Moments Furniture's furniture in the waiting rooms spread across the 22 floors of the building contribute to this healing environment. From the ophthalmology lounge on the first floor to the waiting benches throughout the building, each piece has been carefully chosen for comfort and functionality. Even the youngest patients are not forgotten, with playful Snow Junior chairs in the waiting rooms.
In collaboration with Studio M, consultant for healthcare interior concepts, and architects VK architects+engineers and Robbrecht & Daem architects, the colour palette and arrangement of the furniture was tailored to the needs of the patients and the environment. The result is a harmonious mix of soothing tones that blend seamlessly with the serene ambience of ZNA Cadix.
